Delete account

Permanent account deletion is available inside the StallPass app.

Follow the steps below to remove your account, or contact support if you cannot sign in to the app.

1. Delete from the app

  1. Open StallPass and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the Profile tab and choose Delete account permanently.
  3. Type DELETE, confirm the warning, and wait for the success message.

Deletion begins immediately when the authenticated request succeeds.

2. Request deletion without the app

Email support@stallpass.org from the email address on your StallPass account. Use the subject Delete my StallPass account and include the account email address or display name. Never send your password. StallPass may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request and will confirm when deletion is complete.

3. Data deleted with the account

  • Your authentication account, email address, display name, StallPass user ID, profile, and active sessions are removed.
  • Push registrations, favorites, saved health and accessibility preferences, need profiles, points, badges, reward records, and other private account-linked records are removed.
  • Business claims and private claim records owned by the account are removed.
  • Account attribution is removed from community contributions, and uploaded photo files associated with the account are scheduled for deletion.

4. Data that may be kept and retention

  • Community information you submitted—such as bathroom listings, access details, ratings, reports, live status, and accessibility details—may remain indefinitely after it is anonymized so the public map and moderation history remain useful.
  • Anonymized operational events may remain when they can no longer be linked to the deleted account.
  • Limited security, fraud-prevention, diagnostic, backup, or legal records may remain for the applicable service-provider or project retention period, or longer when required by law. They are not used to restore the deleted account.

StallPass does not apply an additional retention period to identifiable data in its live account database: that data is removed when deletion completes.
