Terms of service
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using StallPass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm that you can legally accept these terms and that you will use StallPass in a lawful way.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, for activity that happens under your login, and for providing accurate information. We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
3. Community and business submissions
StallPass depends on community and business submissions. If you submit listings, codes, ratings, accessibility details, reports, photos, or claim evidence, you confirm that the information is lawful, reasonably accurate, safe to publish, and yours to share. You keep any ownership rights you have. You grant StallPass a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate, display, distribute, and make that content available as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. This license continues for public map facts and anonymized community contributions that remain after account deletion to protect map integrity.
Do not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, database, or other rights; identifies someone without permission; or shows the interior of an occupied private restroom stall.
4. Third-party content and data rights
StallPass may display public or licensed data supplied by government publishers, businesses, community contributors, OpenStreetMap, and other data providers. Those sources keep their rights, and their licenses and attribution requirements continue to apply. OpenStreetMap-derived listings are attributed to OpenStreetMap contributors and are available under the Open Database License.
Google Maps and Google Places content is governed by the applicable Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy. You may not remove source attribution, misuse third-party marks, or extract and resell provider content in violation of the applicable provider terms.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting knowingly false or misleading bathroom information.
- Uploading abusive, explicit, or harmful material.
- Attempting to manipulate rankings, points, reviews, or business claim outcomes.
- Interfering with app security, rate limits, access controls, or moderation systems.
- Using StallPass for unlawful or dangerous activity.
6. Business claims and verification
Business users may submit ownership claims for locations. Claims may be approved, rejected, or revoked. Approval does not give you ownership of StallPass itself. It gives you control over the listing details and business tools available for that location.
7. Moderation and enforcement
StallPass may remove content, suspend accounts, or limit access to protect safety, trust, and data quality. We may consider repeated false submissions, abuse, or business misrepresentation when making moderation decisions.
8. Rewards, premium features, and ads
Some features may depend on contributions, points, premium access, or optional rewarded ads supplied by Google AdMob. Closing or declining an ad can mean that its reward is not granted. These features may change over time, and StallPass is not required to keep any specific reward, premium, promotion, or ad-supported feature available forever.
9. Availability and disclaimers
StallPass is provided as is. Bathroom hours, cleanliness, access rules, and live status can change. We do not guarantee that every listing is always accurate, and users should use their own judgment before relying on location details.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StallPass and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to the use of the service.
11. Account controls and termination
StallPass supports account deactivation and permanent deletion in the app. Some anonymous community contributions may remain after deletion so public listing data stays useful. We may also suspend or end access when needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify users through the app, the website, or another reasonable channel. If you keep using StallPass after the updated terms take effect, you accept the revised terms.
13. Contact
