Privacy choices
1. Export your data
Open the StallPass mobile app, sign in, go to the Profile tab, and use the in-app data export control. StallPass prepares your export as a shareable JSON payload from the authenticated account session.
2. Deactivate your account
Open the Profile tab in the StallPass mobile app and use the deactivation control if you want to disable the account without immediately removing its data. Deactivation blocks access while preserving the account for later recovery or support review.
3. Permanently delete your account
Open the Profile tab in the StallPass mobile app and use the permanent account deletion control. StallPass also exposes a dedicated in-app account deletion screen. Permanent deletion removes personal account data from the live account, while anonymized community contributions may remain where needed to preserve map integrity.
4. Manage permissions and notifications
- Location access can be denied or revoked from your device settings at any time.
- Push notifications can be disabled from the app's notification settings or your device settings.
- Signing out returns the device to guest mode and stops account-bound syncing on that device.
5. Current release posture
As of April 5, 2026, the production StallPass mobile build keeps paid premium purchases, rewarded ads, and the separate behavioral analytics ingestion endpoint disabled. If those features are enabled in a future release, StallPass will update the privacy policy and store privacy disclosures before rollout.
